Can you tell me more about your use case? I've had this conversation before and sometimes the gap is smaller than it looks.

"We need something more customizable."

What specific customization are you looking for — workflows, reporting, integrations, or something else?

"Your product doesn't do X."

Can you tell me more about X? I want to understand if there's a workaround, a planned feature, or a different way to solve the same problem.

"We're not sure this will scale with us."
